Called and ordered replacement keys for cash drawer. Gave model #. They shipped and keys didn't fit. Minimum of 2 keys per order. $28.93 for 2 keys that don't work. I called and they said there are other key options, but they don't know which will be correct fit. That would have been nice to know before placed my order and spent my money. No refund/exchange offered. They tried to sell me a matching lock to the keys I just ordered. Nope, not getting any more money from me. Absolutely horrible customer service.

With our little to no knowledge or experience with POS systems coming in, we could not be happier with our purchase. Units have been in place for almost 3 months and are working great. After many years of no communication from our contracted POS support dealer, I had us reassigned with AD Business Solutions and have been completely satisfied with their accessibility and readiness to assist in times of crisis. I've met personally with Sean and Caroleen at their NoHo location and found them easy to talk with and eager to help. I jokingly (yet humbly) referred to them as Keystroke "gods" for being able to relieve us from an extended POS-network nightmare, of which two other I.T. companies could not.
