High praise for Harry, the project manager, and various crews who showed great workmanship, professionalism, and courtesy, from start to finish. They tore off the decades-old roof, replaced rotted wood, installed overlayment, installed underlayment, installed attic vents, and color matched all elements as requested. They totally replaced my asphalt shingles, and provided us with a beautiful, up to code, new roof with a warranty that will last for the rest of my life on the planet! This company runs like a well-oiled machine with high efficiency and expertise that comes from extensive experience. I received ongoing excellent communications from Harry throughout the project without any extra complications or fear of abandonment. They finished the entire job with city permits and inspections within 7 business days. Not once did I feel like I would be stuck with an incomplete job by a distracted contractor. All of my questions and concerns were addressed within reasonable timeframes and with respect. I am completely satisfied in July 2026 and know that we are ready for any predictions of stormy weather during the coming winter season(s). I am glad to know that this company offered a warranty to call them if any problems arise in the distant future so that they can fix it. This is also what you value and pay for - help with future issues if they arise. This company did not give me the lowest estimate, but Harry stood out from the other companies I collected estimates from because he was very thorough in his inspection and very clear about what his company could do for us as a highly rated, licensed business. This company takes pride in its work and in making sure all of the permits and procedures take place in an orderly, legal manner.

After discovering a leak in our living room ceiling the wife and I researched several roofers before we decided to go with ER & C The initial meeting with David T went well. His knowledge and inspection of the roof led us to the decision to have them do the entire roof instead of the just the back side. They even repaired our hot water vent pipe that had corroded. They communicated with us all through the build and in three days we had a brand new roof! We couldn't be more pleased. Thanks David and Alex for making us feel safe and secure with the decision we made. This is our forever home and we couldn't be more happy.

5 out of 5. Would recommend. I was facing a situation that no home owner wants to be in, a failing roof. Edgar met with me, explained the conditions he found with photos, and explained the various options with their pros and cons. He was very honest about the the situation which I appreciate. The job was completed quickly and professionally. I really appreciate that the exact work to be done and all the costs involved were clearly detailed in writing before the work begun.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Essential Builders, especially Harry! From the very beginning, Harry was professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and offered helpful suggestions that made a real difference to the final result.

I recently had Essential Builders replace my roof, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, David and his team were absolutely incredible. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, explained all my options clearly, and made sure I felt confident about every decision. The workmanship was top-notch -- my new roof looks amazing and completely transformed the look of my home. David and his crew showed up on time every day, kept the area clean, and worked efficiently without ever cutting corners. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer satisfaction.
