I had been looking for a commercial space to rent for my Family Law practice for months! I am not joking when I say I called dozens of brokers for dozens of properties from late September into December. Sometimes I would call for weeks on end with no luck. Eventually in early December after calling a couple brokers at least 3-4 times per week, I decided to reach out to a friend who does commercial real estate. After weeks and weeks he too had no luck getting anyone to answer his calls or emails. Then, I saw a new listing pop up. The size was just was I needed, in the area I was looking in. I called at 10a on a Thursday. Imagine my utter shock when. I got a call back from David at 2p that same day! Yes, the SAME day.
