We feel so lucky and grateful to have found Joe and his team at JSP Construction. We are both professional designers, with complex intent and exacting standards, and we set out an elaborate full home renovation across two separate structures. Joe and his team were able to execute everything to our very high expectations; coordinate effectively with a bevy of other specialty vendors; and work with our architect, structural engineer, and the city. They did all of this while being prompt, budget-effective, conscientious, strong communicators, and entirely reliable. Their knowledge in construction runs deep. And we have an absolutely beautiful result. They were a complete pleasure to partner with, even when we needed to problem-solve something unexpected together. And throughout the entire process, they retained good humor, kindness, and generosity of spirit. Remember that when you're renovating your home, your team is in your space constantly throughout the process. We felt so comfortable, safe, and confident with Joe's that we gave them a key. When the renovation was complete, we had new forever friends. Can't recommend them enough.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph and his team on a full-scale renovation of our 2000 sq ft home following water damage, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, every step of the process was handled with exceptional professionalism and meticulous care. The team’s expertise was evident as they efficiently tackled every challenge, ensuring that each room was restored not just to its former state but elevated with modern, thoughtful design. Their attention to detail was impeccable—from precise structural repairs to flawless interior finishes, every element of our home was treated as if it were their own... floors, cabinets, appliances, walls, insulation, and the integrated design of them all. Where my friends had horror stories of their contractor, I got to say I was thoroughly enjoying my process. Communication was another standout; Joseph made sure we were informed and comfortable throughout the renovation, addressing any concerns promptly and clearly. Their punctuality and commitment to deadlines ensured that the project stayed on schedule without sacrificing quality. The transformation of our home is truly remarkable, and it has exceeded all our expectations. We are incredibly grateful for the team's hard work, kindness, care, creativity, and dedication. Without hesitation, I highly recommended them for anyone seeking top-notch craftsmanship and exceptional service.
