I had an incredible experience working with this team! If you need help with your AC, ask for Erik—he is hands down the best service tech in LA. He’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. When it came to the new unit, Angel was the best installer. He was professional, efficient, and made sure the setup was perfect and clean before leaving. It’s rare to find a company where everyone from service to installation is this top-tier. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Bernadino’s HVAC for all your HVAC and heating needs. I personally used them when it was time to replace my 30-year-old gas heater with an electric heat pump, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jim provided the most competitive quote compared to two other HVAC companies, which made the decision easy. Because of the great service I received, I’ve confidently recommended Bernadino’s to family members and several of my clients—and they’ve all had positive experiences as well. Most recently, I called on them to repair a large HVAC system in a commercial space in downtown LA. Eric and Beto arrived around 10 a.m. and worked nonstop until after 8:30 p.m., making sure everything was fully repaired and functioning properly before they left. That level of dedication and commitment to doing the job right is truly admirable. It’s no surprise that everyone I’ve referred has only great things to say about Jim and his company. Bernadino’s consistently delivers quality work and exceptional service.

Techs Jesse and Angel just installed a new central furnace under the house. They had limited space to move around but they never lost their good attitude and everything turned out great. Highly recommend Bernardino's Air & Heat.

Carlos Argueta came out to check out our AC unit. He told us we didn’t need to replace the unit, just needs maintenance. I was so glad he was honest and didn’t go into a sales pitch. I asked him if he would do the maintenance himself and he came out the next day. He did a great job at a fair price. I will forever use this company. 😊

Seamless, perfect. Everyone working there is very professional and the job was impeccable. Jim is very responsive and patient. He addressed every single issue I had. They installed a new heater and replaced the dry wall, and it looks brand new. 10/10
