Brent was incredibly helpful when I was searching for a home owners insurance policy. He explained the coverage in a way I could understand without being totally overwhelmed. His recommendations were great.

I received a message from the lending agency and he mentioned that the insurance could be reviewed if allowed. I agreed and received an email from Timothy. I called him back, he was very pleasant, took the time to listen and also explain the proposal he had sent me that included side by side comparison to the current policy in place. I used to have that personal/phone relationship with an Agent at Farmers and when they changed ownership, that personal touch was not there. When someone takes a few extra minutes to explain the new policy and answer questions without being rushed, it is the customer service that is the deciding factor. Of course, I was going to save money but, the decision to switch to Panorama Insurance was Timothy. If you want professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous service, I highly recommend Panorama Insurance. I can not comment on the services yet but, If the other agents are like Timothy and an issue arises or I have to file a claim, I feel they will take care of me and my home.
