Arteen is not only a professional but also a true artist with great taste and an eye for beauty. He painted the entire interior of my condo completely on his own, braving the very high ceilings with no trouble at all, and the work was done quickly, flawlessly, and with full transparency. Other points that make Arteen the greatest: - He is highly communicative and straightforward, leaving nothing to chance or doubt. He will tell you exactly what to expect and not to expect, will not beat around the bush, and will give you frequent updates and small communications that personally kept my stress with this project near zero. - The detail work he does is insane. As part of my project, he removed all fixtures temporarily, patched holes at my request, and made every room look absolutely brand new. No stone left unturned. For me, this is as perfect as it gets. - He cleans up after his work BEAUTIFULLY! This was the biggest thing for me other than the quality of Arteen's work. He leaves every space cleaner than it was when he began and doesn't leave any rubbish lying around for me to have to pick up. I don't think I'll work with a different painter ever again. Arteen's work speaks for him, as do all these reviews, and, plus, he's a lovely person to boot. Absolutely worth any cost. Hire him immediately!!

Obviously pricing is an important factor in picking a painter--and Sunshine's pricing is extremely competitive and more than fair--but even more important is the quality of work, and there Sunshine (and Arteen) excels. Arteen has an amazing attention to detail and clearly takes great pride in being a craftsman. Arteen noticed the previous owner of our home did subpar work on our walls which required a great deal more prep for him--he did the prep without complaint and stuck to his original quote. Getting an estimate and setting up an appointment was easy, he was always prompt and professional, and did a wonderful job.

Arteen is truly a professional at what he does ! He is clean, timely, and a hard worker. He stained our new wood patio cover , painted all of our rain gutters to match the trim , and painted our electrics box. He also suggested that we paint our fireplace which was originally white. So happy we listened to him to paint it black. Our house looks so much better now. He really has an eye for detail and does a complete and thorough job on all of his work. I would easily use him again for our painting needs.

Arteen with Sunshine Painting is the real deal - an extremely skilled and conscientious painter who truly works wonders. In my case, he transformed a home that looked long overdue for being cleaned & painted... into a place that's now looking completely brand new. Everything about his work and work ethic is absolutely top-notch. I most highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone special to do the very best painting job imaginable.

My broker recommended I contact Arteen at Sunshine Painting to paint a recently purchased home and he was beyond exceptional. Arteen exceed all of my expectations - his attention to detail coupled with quality of service are unmatched. I highly recommend Sunshine Painting and look forward to working with Arteen for many years to come. While the before and after pictures are impressive, the photos do not do his services justice. He meticulously cleaned, painted, and consulted me throughout the entire process. It's hard to imagine this is the same home that I bought only a few days ago!
