Our water heater went out and we dreaded the process and cost to have it replaced. Fortunately, we connected with Arsenal Plumbing. From there, they sent Jose to do the removal of our old water heater and the pickup and installation of a new water heater. Jose and the Arsenal team were communicative and worked efficiently to get this done quickly so we could have hot water again. Thank you to the Arsenal Plumbing Team

They were sent to me through Fidelity National Home Warranty and because the wall had a small spot of mildew from the leak they wouldn’t open the wall and fix the leak. Fidelity then closed the order so I spent $100 on nothing and my house still has a leak at the toilet valve. I won’t hire either company anymore.

had a great experience with Arsenal Plumbing. Their team is extremely professional, responsive, and well-organized. You can tell the company is managed very precisely and cares about customer service. They were available and responsive even on holidays, which honestly made a big difference. They truly support you every step of the way and carefully assess what needs urgent attention, then show up quickly to take care of it. A special thank you to Bulat. He was incredibly polite, skilled, clean, and efficient. One of my biggest concerns with having plumbers or repair technicians come in is the mess afterward, but he was the complete opposite. He worked very neatly and even wore shoe covers when entering, which I really appreciated. Everything was done with care, respect, and attention to detail. Thank you again for your professionalism. Wishing you all continued success! 🙏🌿☺️

Very dedicated tech Another plumber came under fidelity national and declined work …. So lazy ….. not Michael ! He changed a rusted cartridge giving this disabled person hot water in the only accessible bathroom after 3 to 4 weeks without. Highly recommend

Michael at Arsenal Plumbing is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, delivering outstanding quality work. My homeowners insurance required a leak detection system to be installed, and Arsenal Plumbing was prompt, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. Their pricing was reasonable and transparent, which I truly appreciated, especially while working within a tight budget. Honest, reliable, and high-quality service—highly recommend Arsenal Plumbing for any plumbing needs.
