I had the pleasure of stopping by this Best Buy the other day. Adrian helped me out for over 30 minutes and was very knowledgeable about all the products I asked about. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, and trust me, I had a lot of them. This experience is one I plan on telling my family, and I’ll recommend this store to everyone for their technology needs. Thank you so much to Adrian and the other members at this location. Had a question about recycling a TV, although they don’t accept ones with broken screen i appreciated the patience and clarity the young man in the front gave me. went around noon today or earlier (great customer service)

Best Buy has really gone downhill. They fall short of restocking very small choice of options in all categories. It’s actually sad to see. It used to be one of my favorite places to go many years ago. But over the years, it just hasn’t been able to keep up with Supply and demand. I would much rather go to Best Buy and pick out my things in person then order on Amazon, but unfortunately, they’re out of stock on most products and the choices are slim.

Huge shoutout to Zander at Best Buy. Super knowledgeable, patient, and actually took the time to help instead of rushing me through the store. Made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

Interesting. For returning an open box purchase item you have to wait more than 40 min for geek squad to check the item. Is that make sense?
