I decided to replace our house’s underlayment after 27 years. This is a big project for our house and we obtained 6 quotes. American Roofing Pro’s quote is among the most reasonable ones. Two factors tipped me towards American Roofing Pro. The first is that I felt the partners Geovany and Shawn are sincere and matter-of-fact professional instead of pushing for sales. The second is my wife’s best friend Zhuxin Su (who used American Roofing Pro and left a review here 3 years ago) highly recommended them to us when knowing we need to reroof. The entire process went smoothly, signing a contract, demolition, install 2 layers of rubberized felt papers, and retile our entire roof. American Roofing Pro’s did a very good job and our house has a new roof. Everything is done professionally. The team came early and clean our yards every day. American Roofing Pro stood behind their promise. It rained after our roofing was completed, and as anticipated, there was no leak. The foreman Ismael is a very skillful professional, who led the team throughout the 10 day project. There was a rain at the end of the 4th day, but they came to install all the underlayment felt papers on the fourth day (a Saturday) before the rain in order to protect my house from leaking. Without tiles, my house did not leak under the medium rain. This turned out to be a good test of their installation quality. It took another 6 days for them to install the tiles. My reroofing passed LA city inspection with a certificate placed in my electrical box. I have many good words about American Roofing Pro. To summarize, they are professional, trustworthy, offer quality work, perform according to what they promised on the contract and serve their customers’ interest well. I strongly recommend American Roofing Pro for a reroofing project. Sincerely, Kaining Zhu, CPA

I obtained three quotes and by far American Roofing Pro provided me with the most reasonable estimate to replace my roof. I received a formal contract and the work was started immediately. The workers were professional, and the job completed in a timely and professional manner. Any debris/trash was picked up immediately. I would definitely recommend this company. I am super pleased and my roof looks beautiful! Thank you!

Sean was very professional and honest. He came to visit my house roof and he explained every detail which I was looking for and what needs to be done. I got my quote within a day and the price was reasonable comparing with my other 5 quotes. After signing the contract they came as we planned and did wonderful job and I am very happy with the service and the company crews.I highly recommend them. Thank you Sean!

I am deeply grateful to Shawn, Geovany and the wonderful workers in American Roofing Pro, who literally rescued my house roof from severe ruins by the former roofer, who began to work on my roof on Jan. 7 but stopped working on it on Jan. 13, 2022. Worse still, the former roofer left half of the plywood panels on my roof exposed to open air - and to heavy showers on Jan. 15 and then a major rain fall on Jan. 17, 2022, which resulted in multiple rain water leaks through the thin plywood panels into my house, causing water damages in my living room, family room, office, air vent, master bedroom and garage, and left us in deep panic, calling for emergency help from other roofing companies, after we failed to reach the former roofer with repeated phone calls and text messages well before the rain falls. Several roofing companies came to inspect the mess on our roof but shook their heads and left because they could not solve the problems on our roof. When I called American Roofing Company, Shawn arranged to come to inspect my roof on the next morning and he demonstrated great sympathy and understanding of the severity of damages done by our former roofer. Fortunately, American Roofing Pro took up my roofing project right away and began their rescue work on my roof the next day! They cleaned up the mess left by the former roofer, repaired the damages, replaced everything underneath the tiles with brand new materials, and reroof the entire roof (the house has over 2,400 square feet) in ten days! To their credits, when the American Roofing Pro workers removed every tile and underlayment on the roof, they discovered that the former roofer failed to remove many old underlayment and did poor work in other areas. As a result, the American Roofing Pro workers had to do more work on this damaged roof than they would usually do on a normal roof, due to the negligence and damages caused by the former roofer. The American Roofing Pro managers, supervisors and workers did magical work on my roof, as you can see from the photos below that showed a sharp contrast between the miserable look of my roof (with black plastics covering the exposed plywood panels, which were already damaged by heavy showers and rain falls on Jan. 15 & 17 due to the negligence of the former roofer) and the beautiful, brand new look of my roof upon the completion of American Roofing Company's work (thanks to Shawn's smart drone camera that took photos on my roof before and after their work)! Geovany picked all the replacement materials with the best color and quality and the workers did the most amazing job in constructing a beautiful new roof on my house, which is now the best looking roof in my whole community! Shawn got the city permit quickly and answered all my questions with patience. Geovany sent me all the necessary information including graphics to explain new roofing regulations. The workers were well trained and highly efficient in doing high quality work on the roof. I would highly recommend American Roofing Pro to anyone who needs to have professional and beautiful work done on their roof, either partially or entirely! You will not be disappointed, believe me!

This is the best roofing company around! They've been in business for a long time. The work was being done on my parents house so it was very important we picked the right company. We got a few estimates but nothing compared to the options, information and price Shown gave us. They showed up on time everyday and have great customer service. They installed our tile roof a few months ago and are so happy with everything. I highly recommend them,
