These guys are the absolute best!!! I have been using them for over 5 years and have never been disappointed!!! Extremely friendly, helpful and know their stuff! If you aren’t using them you are getting robbed

Did my taxes there there 2 weeks ago.. when the gentleman did my taxes. He didn't even ask me to his desk. He did my taxes while I was still waiting in the lobby.... It's the first time ever that my taxes have been done when I wasn't sitting with the tax preparer... But to make matters worse, I think I got to have my taxes re-looked at because I owe a lot of money and my state refund hasn't come in yet. And I tried to call this morning and a girl answered the phone ( not the tax preparer) and she answered it like she was half asleep.... And still did not get my answer as to why I haven't received my state refund yet after 2 weeks and when I looked on my IRS account it shows that my taxes haven't even been done... Last year when I went there I thought they were really good but I did my taxes with the woman not the guy. I will have to find a new tax preparer because I just can't depend on them and now I got to pay somebody to re-look at it because I owe too much money and I have to believe is because something was forgotten or not done correctly.

f you value your business and finances, steer clear of this company. Despite paying them $195 on 01/11/2021, as requested, for the conversion of my business to an S-CORP, the process was never completed. Upon contacting the IRS, I was informed that they never received the required forms. Despite providing all necessary information, I'm still facing issues with this company. I hired Parra Accounting to handle my S-Corp conversion, but they failed to deliver the promised service despite collecting my payment. I'm now having to spend my own time to rectify a problem I paid to have taken care of. Furthermore, the customer service is abysmal. Marcus is arrogant, rude, and dismissive. Find a more reliable option.

Just got my tax service done at Parra. Fantastic place. The price was great (much cheaper than H&R). Marcus and Jennifer were very polite and professional. Very friendly to military as well. 5 stars

Absolutely wonderful family, this is our second year filing our taxes through them. The first year we stumbled upon a mistake with our state taxes and Parra Accounting did everything right to fix it. I love how they are family owned, they are both very welcoming and pleasant to work with. I have called recently to ensure our taxes went through on time (since every state files at separate dates/times) I never even mentioned my name, and they remembered who I was. Not to mention I love the fact that they offer military discount, extremely reasonable & well worth every penny spent! Highly recommend Parra accounting. As long as my family is in California, we will continue to file yearly. Thank you for making tax income season a breeze for our family!
