The city notified us we had a major leak at our home, we had shut off all water and needed help. Thompson answered the call, sent Jose with Ramon and a crew to replace our 38yr old pipe and valve, saving the day. Trenching, repiping, and cleanup was done in less than 5 hours and we had running water again and our front yard back to normal.
