Gateway is a joke!! Kay Paula said will help me find a carrier for Home owners insurance, she lied!! Worst experience working with her!!!!!!!!!

Avoid! They straight up lie and never follow up with you. I don’t know how many times I have to call them about getting insurance and they claim to be working on it and nothing happens no emails no call backs nothing! The one time they got me insurance “supposedly”I lost it because of their mistake my bank confirmed it was their mistake. I get that getting house insurance in California is hard right now. But don’t string people along like you’re helping them and just straight up ghost them. They are unprofessional so if someone recommends them good luck lol.
