I made the terrible mistake of choosing this as my agency. I've been with them for 4 long years. When I bought a car, the agent neglected to send proof of insurance to my lien holder. I received numerous notices from my lien holder saying they had not received it. I made numerous calls to my agent reminding him to get this done. He never did. I took care of it myself. A few months later I bought a truck and same story. Just recently I had a question about my policy and left a message with his secretary, but he never called me back. His prices were not the lowest either. I did not go with the least expensive quote thinking I would get better service. I called the insurance carrier to see if I could keep my existing policy but with a different agent. They said it couldn't be done. My advice: avoid this agency at all cost. Not worth it. By the way, this agent is rude on top of negligent. He should have his license removed.

Mario and his staff have always gone ahead of and beyond normal customer service. Their response time and follow through is the fastest I have experienced. They are more than happy to work with you, making changes or adjustments to your policy, etc. in a timely manner. The insurance products and DMV services offered are thorough, with the most competitive pricing I have ever seen. And I am a researcher.
