I was over priced on my policy just for them not to be able to deliver on the request made by my client. Hardly any straight responses from the agent and when I tried to cancel they told me it takes up to 40 days. I wasted money with them. They do reply to certificates needed in good timing but I wasnt satisfied and for $1600 down any request made should have been granted

Place is a joke. People there don’t know what there doing. They don’t know how to ask questions to the people that actually have the answers. Wasted $400 dollars on a plan that didn’t offer what he said they offered. Wes likes to ignore phone calls and messages as well. People are worthless there. Guess what no refund on the deposit either.

Very disappointing experience. I spent a significant amount of time trying to get the agent to update the policy so it would actually fit my business needs. I had to follow up repeatedly by email, often without any response. It felt like a numbers game, selling generic policies to clients who may not fully understand General Liability coverage, rather than taking the time to ensure the policy actually covers the work being done. Nick, the agent, was responsive and helpful on the first day (of course), but once we started going back and forth on important policy details, communication stopped entirely. I was the client pursuing the sales agent to finalize the product and make a sell. Unreal! I tried calling the company directly; Nick was never available, no one else could assist, and attempts to reach management went nowhere. At that point, I decided to shop elsewhere, and I’m glad I did. I ended up with a better, more accurate policy at a lower cost. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company if you need precise coverage or reliable communication.

Awesome experience with the way he handled everything! It’s hard for me to get back due to work schedule. But even if a week went by still answered my questions an it took me a few weeks to pull the trigger. He was still very patient and professional hats off to you my brother give him a RAISE!!!!
