Oceanside Sign
Oceanside, CA
Oceanside Sign is listed in the Retail Tenants Together provider directory as a signage resource for retail tenants in Oceanside and San Diego County — independent stores and restaurants in shopping centers and street-front locations.
Why retail tenants in Oceanside work with signage providers
Storefront signage is a lease issue as much as a design one. Shopping-center landlords publish sign criteria that govern channel-letter size, illumination, and placement, and most centers charge for a panel on the pylon or monument sign. Retail sign companies handle the landlord approval and city permit, fabricate and install the sign, and produce window graphics, promotional banners, and interior wayfinding for the store.

Great spot for a walk with your dog. Lots of friendly locals and the sea lions can keep you entertained for hours. Good food options around the harbor and bathrooms available on both sides.

Let's call this "Hollywood At The Beach" lol no but really, it's cute. You pretty much take photos across the street, with the sign in the background.

The sign has been here for decades. I remember seeing it as a kid and I'm 41 now. It's pretty cool seeing it at the harbor. Just watch out for the nearby tree with all the bird poop.
