We recently completed a high ceiling conversion to loft. The process was smooth and the team was great to work with. Chris, Molly, Rene, and Jorge were all very responsive at any time. You can tell their crew specializes in high ceiling conversions with the quality and effficiency in the work. The job was complete in less than 2 weeks from construction start and ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend.

As an architectural designer, I’ve really enjoyed working with TruAdditions. Rene, the CEO, is thoughtful and thorough, and you can tell he really cares about the quality of his work. What I appreciate most is how involved he is throughout the entire process. Even during the design stage, he’s willing to visit the job site to review structural conditions and bring back valuable field information. That kind of input makes a big difference to the design. It helps the designer and the homeowner make informed decisions early on and minimizes surprises once construction begins. During construction, Rene is very hands-on and proactive in addressing issues on site. If design adjustments are needed, he communicates clearly between the field and the design team, which keeps everything moving smoothly. Overall, it’s a pleasure working with Rene and the TruAdditions team. They truly care about both the professionals they work with and the homeowners they serve.

We had an outstanding experience working with Truplans and Truaddition from start to finish. Building a home can be a stressful process, but their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail made everything smooth and enjoyable. They really do a great job with the plans and Truaddition really delivered. Rene was exceptional throughout the entire project. He worked closely with us on the design, listened carefully to our ideas, and helped bring our vision to life in a way that truly exceeded our expectations. His craftsmanship, integrity, and commitment to quality are evident in every detail of our home. Communication was always clear and timely, the team was respectful and reliable, and the level of care they put into their work really set them apart. The final result is a home we are incredibly proud of and excited to live in. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and dedicated construction team. You will be in excellent hands

Jorge from TruAdditions helped design and remodel our kitchen, giving us a beautifully vaulted ceiling dining area. TruAdditions also redid our flooring across the home. Their quote was competitive and comprehensive, and the vendors they offered were truly top notch. Highly recommended!

Tru-Loft/Truadditions is the most professional, communicative and conscience contractor/construction companies we have ever dealt with across many projects that we have done at our home. The design team is outstanding as we worked through several iterations of our plans. Their design tools help you visualize the project completely. Once construction began the crew was courteous, fast, thorough and worked very clean. Clean up happened at the end of everyday. They brought a large team to get the entire job completed in a month and it would have been faster if we didn't have delays related to custom railing we had to order. Most importantly the change orders and add ons were well communicated and minimal. For this type of project, these guys are the experts and their pricing could not be beat here in Northern California. We have already recommended them to many in our neighborhood.
