Outlet wasn’t working and I had a bunch of stuff unplugged everywhere. Tech came out fast, fixed it right up without a big hassle.

First time upgrading my panel, guy was patient with all my questions and didn’t rush. Felt better knowing the old wires got replaced properly.

The line of baseboard heaters in our sunroom simply stopped heating up right as the first cold snap hit the neighborhood. The diagnostic process was thorough, and the technician traced the issue back to a broken copper connection beneath the floorboards. He repaired the line safely without having to tear up a massive section of our drywall. Everything is running perfectly warm now.
