Thanks to Liz for her professional service provided through a Costco local warehouse. She convinced me with her clear explanation, succinct answers to whatever questions I could ask of her - backed by Costco's guarantee of complete satisfaction. Nice to switch from Spectrum's high-priced slow cable service to AT&T's Fiber-Optic hi-speed Internet.

Went in looking for a laptop and ended up changing my internet services as well. Kay was so helpful!! Super friendly and was able to answer all my questions. She helped cut my internet bill in half! Would definitely recommend talking to Kay for great customer service. She was very personable and made the switch easy
