Kilter Termite and Pest Control did an excellent job treating our home for subterranean and drywood termites. The quote was clear, fairly priced, and there was no pressure, just straightforward answers when we compared it against other options. Erik, our technician, was professional and thorough, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing throughout the treatment. Great communication from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Josh from Kilter termite did an amazing job and I am highly satisfied with his work. Despite the intense heat. He went all the way into the attic to do a thorough inspection.I truly appreciate his dedication.

When I reached out for pest control services I was contacted promptly by Derek. They were communicative and Dylan arrived early for my scheduled appointment. He was polite and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Recommend.

Today Steve came out to do our annual inspection & to see exactly where the termites are. I learned quite a bit from him. For example, all the "spraying" that was done previously by John, Andy, and Simon was not killing the termites.they each came more than once. What I actually needed was an injection into the wood. I feel like I wasted a ton of money ($3000.00 plus) Only one Tech ever used an injecter (That was John) on the fascia board at the right back corner of the main house. Of course he also injected my live avocado tree several times... Which I learned today wasn't supposed to be done.(only if it is a dead) lt should have been done "All" those previous times that Simon~ Andy ~ and John came out to our home. However, I'm much more informed after speaking with Steve and I have every bit of confidence that he's going to solve the problem. Sometimes it takes an Experienced Pro to actually know what needs to be done. I am hoping he is the one that returns to do the job. Overall Steve gets 10 🌟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
