Their technician David did a phenomenal job not only fixing my AC problem, but also taking photos and videos from inside my attic to show me and explain to me what he was doing and why. He was next level at communicating and giving me clear options for how to approach the project. They are a real local family business, but with the scheduling, processes, and professionalism of a much larger company. Can’t recommend enough!

Moffett Plumbing & Air is amazing! I called in the morning and they were able to get a technician out the same day. Great customer service from beginning to end. David is very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything in great detail. My AC unit kept shutting off and he checked every possible scenario and fixed it promptly. My house almost feels too cool! I signed up for their monthly maintenance plan so I can stay on track. I feel so relieved and grateful that I found an honest company who cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! Sherveen took a lot of time explaining our options. Our problem was complex and Sherveen researched and solved it on his own by talking to the manufacturer and getting a part shipped overnight. Quality 5 star service. We are very pleased!

I contacted Moffett Plumbing to install two bidet seats on existing toilets. The installation is a straightforward job that typically requires minimal labor and no specialized tools. Before scheduling, I was informed of an $89 non-refundable fee for an onsite estimate, which I agreed to pay. During the visit, the technician appeared to rely heavily on guidance from the office throughout the assessment, which raised concerns about his experience level. After reviewing the installation, I was quoted approximately $2,500 to install two bidet seats—significantly higher than other estimates I received for the same work, which ranged from $300 to $600. Based on my experience, I found the pricing excessive and was not confident in the value being offered. I declined the estimate and chose to pursue other options. My recommendation to others is to obtain multiple quotes before committing and carefully compare pricing and experience for relatively simple plumbing projects.

Sherveen has done a wonderful job on all the repairs at my house. He is efficient, dedicated and kind. He has responded promptly to every service call I have placed and most recently went out of his way to alleviate an emergency gas leak on the second story. The repair was speedy and his demeanor was exceedingly kind. My absolute favorite technician at Moffett
