I have worked with a lot of companies as a homeowner, but none have been as knowledgeable, fairly priced, and customer-centered as OC Plumbing. I was not expecting to find such an amazing place that also has 24 hour emergency service. Ken had to come here several times to fix what previous plumbers and HVAC companies had failed to do. My water heater is now in a much safer state, my AC is functioning as intended, and he did it all while trying to still be conscious of my budget. He went above and beyond and because of him, they have earned a customer for life!

Nathan was amazing! he figured out the problem, pretty quickly, fixed it, explained to me what had happened, and steps I can take to prevent its recurrence. I have been using Orange Coast Plumbing since 2019 and have always been happy with their service

I had a great experience with Orange Coast Plumbing. Josh and Nathan were professional, courteous, and arrived on time. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process clearly, and completed the work efficiently. Their workmanship was excellent.I really appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing, especially Josh and Nathan, to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy plumbing services.

Great experience with this plumbing company. Nate and Nolan came out, identified the issue, and took care of everything professionally. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure the problem was fully resolved before leaving. I really appreciated their communication and attention to detail. Highly recommend them if you need reliable plumbing service!

Best Customer Service I've received from a plumbing company! Jesse was super helpful and quick with the repair on my running toilet. Job was completed faster than expected for a reasonable price too. Definitely would call Orange Coast Plumbing for my future needs. Hard to find someone you can trust and feel comfortable with. Jesse went above and beyond he made sure I understood everything he was replacing on my toilet. Of course can't forget to mention that the estimate for cost of repair was free. Proceeded on the repair and could proudly say I don't regret it. Happy with the repair and great customer service. Super polite and professional 😀 10/10 recommend for all your future plumbing needs. Free in home estimates and plumbers who you can actually trust. Plus 24/7 emergency services.
