From mark Quomri from On Time Signs: I would give Theresa more than five stars!!! There is a reason why I keep her extension in my phone on speed dial. 100000000/10 would recommend!!!

I rarely write reviews unless they are well deserved. I almost exclusively had worked with Therese Giano at Sign Mart. She is such a great salesperson and always made my experience pleasurable while spending large amounts of money at Sign-Mart over the years. She always goes out of her way to make things right and has all of the information you would ever need. Such a great asset to this company.

PLEASE READ: My company has been doing work with Sign Mart for over 30 years. I have worked with many many people throughout the years at Sign Mart and my experience has been very good considering the custom nature of most of my orders. The folks at Sign Mart have gone to bat for me many times over the years and I wanted to write this review because there is are a lot of really off base reviews on online (based off my experience). Although I cannot speak for other folks, I can certainly speak to my experiences. This company is not a retail shop. They are a wholesale company meaning any person who is complaining about having to provide a resale card etcet is off base. The folks who I would like to publicly thank for their kindness and helpfulness are the following: Therese, Bill, Nancy, Angie, Karen, Carl, Greg my delivery driver, Zubi, Cailey, Brian, Mary and many more. They ALL have been very kind, patient, and more importantly they deserve some recognition for their hard work. They have to put up with me and I never feel like I am left without recourse if issues arise. They remember my orders, they help me when I need help or guidance when using new materials. They are good people who work very hard and deserve a "Thank You". If you are on the fence with working with this company I would recommend walking in the building and getting to know the people. Therese is very kind and funny and is a wonderful/knowledgeable sales person to work with, I call her almost once a day. Zubi has been invaluable and has made me feel comfortable using materials I do not use on a daily basis. Angie is very professional and is a pleasure to work with (and patient, I call her at least once a day too with some random question and she always gets back to me!). Nancy is a true Expert (Capitalized E on purpose) Nancy knows her stuff and preforms a superhuman amount of work every day. Consider that before bugging her to get back to you in less than 10 minuets. She is a wonderful person and I am so thankful for all her hard work. Mary comes though for me every time, big or small, if I have an issue of some kind she will fix it and that also deserves a shout out. Do not let others form options for you based off of some random web reviews. Meet them, learn how to work with them, learn what they need from you to do their job effectively and all will be well. Thank you for you time! Thanks, Nicholas

I have been using Sign-mart for years. They have a large selection of sign materials and displays. They offer fast next day delivery. Therese is always friendly and helpful when I need help with my orders. Thank You!

I rarely write reviews, but as someone who has run a high-volume sign company for the past 37 years, I felt compelled to share my exceptional experience with Therese Giano.Five years ago, I was deeply frustrated by repeated order inaccuracies and was ready to switch vendors. Fortunately, our delivery driver, Richard, noticed my frustration and connected me with Therese. Since she reached out to help, Therese has become the sole reason Signmart is now my primary supplier. Therese is always a pleasure to work with and ensures my orders are 100% correct every time. She represents the exact level of quality and dedication I look for in my own team. I sincerely hope Signmart recognizes and appreciates what an outstanding asset she is to your company. Best regards, Dave B.
