I started using OC Pro Property Management in 2022 and I've had nothing but great service. They're are quick to answer calls and always available to address any issues. They found multiple people to rent my property and they let me know who they recommended which turned out to be great renters. They take care of my place and they let OC Pro know immediately if there are any issues. I would recommend this company for anyone needing Property Management.

Besides managing my own property, at times, and working with many property management companies, I am aware of the details of managing. I find OC Pro to be outstanding. They work with the homeowner and have great and timely communication. They get the job done.

This is our 8th year of partnership with OC Pro Property Management and we’re happy with the services that Mitch and his staff have provided. The team has resources in suggesting right legal counsel when needed, aside managing our rental property with ease and taking care of the tenants. The team understands the market and know- how of screening process. Therefore, it resulted to accurate recommendation of lease and retention of great renters. It’s a win-win for both sides. We highly recommend OC Pro Property Management for the reasons above.
