I've used this roofing team for two projects on my fixer-upper in Panorama City, and both times they did an excellent job. The first project was adding a roof vent for my kitchen range hood. The crew was professional, skilled, and easy to work with, and the pricing was fair. They explained the roofing work clearly and made sure the vent tied into the roof properly for solid performance and clean airflow. The second project was a bigger exterior job that included roofline-related work, siding, a new front door, and gutter replacement. Walter provided a competitive quote after we compared a few options, and he was great throughout the whole process. Santiago and Curtis installed the front door with a very tight seal, and the finished result looks great. The siding and gutter work was handled with care over several days, and the crew stayed professional, kept the job site organized, and addressed every detail along the way. We are very happy with how everything turned out. The workmanship, communication, and overall value really stood out. I highly recommend them for roofing and exterior home improvement work, especially if you need help with vents, gutters, siding, and other roof-related upgrades in Panorama City.

Very impressed with Panorama City Roofing & Commercial Roof Repair. The crew did excellent roofing work, and now we have a beautiful, solid roof that really improves the property. They always answered our questions, explained each step clearly, and truly cared about making sure we were satisfied from start to finish. At the end of every workday, Easton, Isaac, Blake, and the rest of the team walked the property carefully to check that no nails, debris, or roofing materials were left behind. That level of cleanup and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence in their work. When they found issues related to the old roof deck and some flashing and drip edge areas, they fixed everything the right way instead of cutting corners. What meant the most was how willing they were to work closely with us and help with the insurance process. They guided us through the paperwork, kept communication clear, and helped us get the best possible outcome for the storm damage claim. Their knowledge of roof repair, installation, and proper materials made the whole process much less stressful, and the finished roof adds real value, protection, and curb appeal to our home.

Panorama City Roofing & Commercial Roof Repair did an exceptional job replacing our old roof, gutters, skylights, and attic fan. i reached out as soon as our insurance approved the estimate, and curtis got back to me within one business day. he answered every question quickly and clearly, reviewed the roof and gutter claim with us, and explained the scope of work in simple terms. He also gave helpful pricing, recommendations for replacing the skylights and attic fan, and an option to add gutter guards for better drainage and long-term roof protection. We had a signed contract very quickly, and the roofing work moved forward on schedule. the crew was professional, hardworking, and organized throughout the whole project. They completed the roof first and then finished the gutters right after, keeping everything efficient and well managed. carter made sure the job site was cleaned up carefully each day, including nails and debris around the driveway, which helped protect our family, yard, and car tires. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and the workmanship really improved the look and function of our home. santiago and the crew showed strong attention to detail, solid roofing knowledge, and great communication. We are very happy with the final result and would highly recommend them for roofing, gutter, and related exterior work in Panorama City.

A little over a couple years after moving into my new home, I noticed a ceiling leak and was very stressed about the repair and the cost. I reached out to a local roofer and set up a visit to inspect the roof the same day. Walter was friendly, professional, and very customer focused from the start. He checked the leak inside first, then went up on the roof to do a full inspection and find the source. He explained that the issue was connected to the dryer vent area and carefully assessed the affected roofing materials. After that, he clearly walked me through what he found, explained the repair plan in simple terms, and completed the fix right away. Walter also gave me very helpful advice about the ceiling repair inside, which I really appreciated. He was honest, fair, and easy to talk to, and he made the whole roofing service experience feel much less overwhelming. It was clear he cared about doing the job right and helping me protect my home. I would absolutely trust him again for any roof leak, roof inspection, or roofing repair, and I would gladly recommend him to friends and family looking for a reliable roofer in Panorama City.

This review is a bit late, but i wanted to share it. I had roofing and chimney work done in Panorama City during the warmer season, and the crew handled everything very well. They replaced the chimney flue, rebuilt the crown, added new caps, cleaned the chimney, and also checked the surrounding roof area to make sure the flashing and seal around the chimney were in good shape. blake and the team showed up on time, were very friendly, and worked in a professional way from start to finish. What stood out most was that they were the only roofer who actually came out, looked over the job in person, and gave a clear quote. Other contractors did not respond, or they wanted photos instead of doing a proper inspection. The whole process felt easy and honest. carter explained the work in simple terms, answered my questions, and made me feel confident about the repairs. The finished work looks solid, and frank made sure the area was left clean when the job was done. I highly recommend them for chimney and roofing service.
