My first experience with the Truax office was over a dozen years ago when I needed counsel about a tax situation involving charitable donations that the IRS was challenging. This was putting the brakes on me being able to purchase a house. Bill came back with the proper advice that kept us fully within the IRS regulations and got us out from under the entire questionable amount. We then bought our house. What and exceptional experience! I reached out to Mr. Truax's firm on 8/27/18 and a few days and emails later I have our tax return done, on 8/30. They spent some time on the phone with my husband and I, answered every single question that we had and guided us through the process so professionally! My husband and I have been filing taxes together for 25 years and have never experienced anything like this and they are in Californian and we live in Tampa, FL!
