I couldn't have had a better experience. Martha Gomez did an excellent job ! she was thorough, patient and explained everything very clear. Next time I go into the Pasadena store, i'll be sure to get her for sure !!!

I had a great experience at the Spectrum store on E. Foothill Blvd in Pasadena. My cable box had finally given up after about 10 years and was only displaying green bars on the screen, so I came in for a replacement. The store is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The check-in process was easy—you simply enter your name and phone number on the touchscreen kiosk. They also send text message updates, which is a nice feature if you want to step away while waiting. When I arrived, I was fifth in line with around a dozen customers in the store, and they had six representatives helping people. Even with the steady crowd, my wait was only about 20 minutes, which I thought was perfectly reasonable. The waiting area was well air-conditioned and had plenty of tables, chairs, a couch, and a TV, making the wait comfortable. The representative who helped me was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude. They quickly exchanged my old cable box for the latest model, and I was on my way. Overall, the process was efficient from start to finish, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great customer service!

If your thinking about switching to this phone service think twice. Sure it is a good price but be prepared to never have any reception. Everywhere you go your Internet speed is slow and you won't be able to stream from any platform unless you want to wait 5 min in-between each 30 seconds of streaming. Also the phone that they sold me was supposed to be special for gaming and within 10 min of game play it's overheating and shuts down on its own. Definitely not worth it

The workers at this location are incompetent. When I initially signed up for service with Spectrum, I went to the office and they gave me the wrong equipment. When I went back, they said they didn’t have the right equipment in stock. I went back later that day for a third time and spoke to someone else and found out that they did have the equipment that I needed in stock. I just upgraded my service to include the invisible wireless because they keep having outages and I’ve lost time off of work because of it. I went to the store to pick up the equipment and again they gave me the wrong equipment. When I went back to the store to pick up the correct equipment I found out that they didn’t have it in stock and they needed to ship it to me. Additionally, when I ordered the equipment over the phone a fews hours earlier, the sales rep failed to tell me that I would not be able to set up my equipment until my service was back on, which is the only reason I was trying to upgrade my equipment to begin with, and he knew that. It seems to me that he only cared about the sale and he didn’t care that I was losing time off of work. I’ve had several bad experiences with the sales team in the past as well, including being lied to about pricing. There are services hit or miss.. when it works, it works, but when it doesn’t, there’s nothing but outages each week and they take forever to resolve the issue..

I came here, spectrum Foothill Pasadena, just to drop off my equipment after canceling my internet service, but I’ve already been waiting for 60 minutes and there’s still a long line ahead of me. There’s no way to know how much longer I’ll have to wait just to complete this simple task. I asked the staff several times but they say there is no other way and I have to wait more.
