Having dealt with smoke remediation services in the past, I was initially concerned about lingering odors, but they managed to effectively neutralize them in about four hours. The technicians explained each step and even followed up a week later to ensure everything remained satisfactory, which hadn't been the case with previous companies.

Compared to the other company we considered, they were quicker to respond and handled most of the charred debris efficiently, but I wish they hadn't left a few pieces behind at the side of the house. While it wasn't a major issue, that part did need a follow-up call to resolve.

The biggest problem was the volume of water from the sprinklers. It took most of the afternoon to get it all out, but I’m happy to report that two weeks later there is no trace of lingering moisture or mildew. Their equipment looked really capable since they had to bring in quite a few pumps and dehumidifiers to get things dry.

After witnessing the aftermath, I was overwhelmed, but their thorough assessment brought clarity and relief. Within about 45 minutes, they identified hidden damages I would've overlooked, explaining each step with patience. Their expertise shone through, making a daunting situation far more manageable. I'm grateful for their detailed approach and genuine care during such a challenging time.

The persistent smoky smell vanished in under an hour, leaving our home fresh and inviting once again. Highly recommend!
