Competent. Professional. Reliable. Honest. Those are the words to accurately describe this business, and really the only takeaway from this review is: YOU CAN TRUST THIS COMPANY. YOU CAN TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Solid, reliable service. Good prices, and everything is quoted upfront, no hidden fees, no sketchy charges. No pressure to perform additional work, no upselling or recommending replacement simply because it's an older unit. Just excellent, honest service. From the moment I called, every single interaction I had was professional, courteous, and timely (a human answered the phone immediately, and the technician arrived on time, and provided an accurate 20 minute ETA). This is a business I will recommend to my neighbors because it is a model of how every growing business should be run. Thank you guys, you met and exceeded my expectations at every turn.

We had an outstanding experience with Purified. Our AC went out on the first day of a heat wave. We called in the evening (I thought there was no way we’d get service until the next day)…not only did they send a tech out within the hour, but they had it repaired a short while later. This saved us from a very uncomfortable night in a hot house. The tech - Roman - was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend!

Same day service saved the weekend. Roman was amazing. He was personable and professional, not to mention efficient. Gave us great advice on direction we should take at point our 26 year old system ultimately fails. Did not try to sell us on replacing it at this point, which was admirable. On top of all that, he is a real good guy. Never used them/him before but will going forward. Thanks

Roman and team are simply the best! Last year they installed a big HVAC unit downstairs and this year a split system upstairs. They were communicative, kind, thoughtful, fairly priced and extremely knowledgeable. I accidentally wrote the check for too much and Roman alerted me of the overpayment so I could write a new one! He runs a very tight honest and trustworthy company. I wish all the services I use could be as excellent as Purified Air!

Purified Air did an amazing job installing our new HVAC system along with all new ductwork. The whole process was clean and organized, and they documented everything so we always knew what was going on. The system works great and the house feels comfortable everywhere now. Very professional and easy to work with.
