My family and I took a detailed tour of this space with Juliette and loved the intentionality of the design! Highlights were the custom finishing in the bathroom including the fixtures and lighting. We also loved how intuitive the kitchen space was. My sister (a chef) prepared dessert in the space and noted how easy it was to navigate the various elements. Kitchen highlights included the built in coffee and espresso machine, detailed organization system for essential kitchen items and the luxury finishings! This is the space of our dreams!

Juliette and Javier are a Dynamic Duo! They designed a beautiful kitchen for me. They also stand by their product. I really appreciate it and them ☺️

I was going to sign a contract with another Contractor last October 2021 to have my Girlfriend's Bathroom remodeled. I actually had the contractor scheduled to come to her home on a Wednesday. Tuesday the day before my handy suggested that I call Dell Anno. I did. I spoke with Javier. I told him that I was on the FAST TRACK to have her Bathroom remodeled. He asked me to come to his SHOWROOM that day. I did. I was IMMEDIATELY IMPRESSED! Beautiful and Modern/Contemporary showroom, with AWESOME Imported Cabinets and Spectacular Marble/Granite and Quartz Counters on Display. Javier and I (Same Day! within an hour) drove to my Girlfriends house. He measured and as we drove back to his showroom, he gave me a guestimate of cost. I smiled and waited for the REAL TRUTH (because his cost was several thousand dollars lower than the Contractor that we were meeting the next day TO SIGN CONTRACTS....."AND" Javier was including a STEAMER IN THE SHOWER!) Needless to say When the Contractor appeared the next day 'CONTRACTS IN HAND AND BIG SMILE OF ANTICIPATION ON HIS FACE' We did not sign! We Signed with Dell Anno (Several Thousand Dollars Less) and a Beautiful Design! Did we have any challenges with Dell Anno? ABSOLUTELY!!!! Sometimes Sub Contractors had to reschedule (What else is new?) Sometimes there was miscommunication or a misunderstanding and as a result mistakes were made. THE IMPRESSIVE THING ABOUT THE PROCESS? Javier made good on his Word and Contract with no hesitation or increase in price! Suggestion: put "EVERYTHING IN WRITING EVEN THE THINGS THAT SEEM TO BE A NO-BRAINER" that protects all parties! We were so Happy with the bathroom (even with the challenges) that we Hired Dell Anno to do a COMPLETE REMODEL OF THE KITCHEN! It is AMAZING BEAUTIFUL!!! Not only is Javier an ETHICAL BUSINESSMAN but he is also a Designer with Great Vision and Creativity. He will actually design the Space that he is remodeling with the CHOSEN CABINETS, APPLIANCES, SHELVING, FLOORS, CEILINGS, etc. etc. So that you can see your completed room before he starts. His pricing is competitive and VERY FAIR. His follow through? Improved exponentially throughout the process (initially it might take him over 24 hours to respond to a call or text BUT then after discussions of my dissatisfaction he would respond THE SAME DAY and more often than not, within the hour.... Texts would come almost immediately). Out of 5 Stars I Would give Dell Anno a 4.85 (I reserve 5 Stars for Absolutely NO CHALLENGES. That is not realistic in the construction business). In regard to Trustworthiness and Ethical Business Practice I give Dell Anno, Javier (the Owner) and Juliette (Javier's Wife, Business Partner, Administrator and Office Manager......I GIVE DELL ANNO A RESOUNDING 5+...... At the end of the day, you want complete satisfaction! You will be COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH DELL ANNO! Try them, You'll LOVE THEM! Kosmond Russell

We worked with Javier, and he was absolutely tremendous. He was enthusiastic about our project, almost instantly helped us re-imagine the entire project, and was extremely up-front with us. He came to our home, and was clearly deeply engaged with the whole idea, design, and effort. He has a marvelous eye, and is both creative and flexible. We ultimately went in a different direction because we wanted to work in a different material than he carried, but he's absolutely great to work with.

The owners Juliette & Javier Cobos are a delightfully gracious couple with incredible artistic sense and a feel for space and design that makes them easy to work with when you are doing a remodeling project. They also enjoy supporting the arts by having artists show their work in the store on the first Saturday of every month from 6-9 PM during the Claremont Art Walks.
