I'm very grateful for the lighting and wall panel installation. The team completed the work quickly and professionally. The quality exceeded my expectations. I'm also planning a complete bathroom renovation and intend to work with the same team again. Highly recommended! Thank you very much!

I chose Pasadena Repair Pro to design, permit & build an ADU on my investment property. Having self-managed an ADU project just the year before, I was well-aware of the intricacies and challenges involved. This time, I hoped to delegate the entire thing, looking not just at raw costs but the overall value in terms of time, effort, and money. Working with Mont Blanc Remodeling has been nothing short of exceptional. Even amidst a high inflation environment, they honored their pricing from our Feasibility phase, allowing me to proceed with the project on budget despite frustrating city permitting delays. Their commitment to their 6-month price lock is genuine, and they stood by it even beyond that timeframe. I'm particularly grateful for their advocacy when the city was pushing for right of way improvements on my property. Pasadena Repair Pro's team was well-versed in state ADU laws, and they successfully contested these unnecessary requirements, saving me thousands. Their dedication didn't stop there; they went above and beyond to assist me in securing a state grant for ADU funding. Despite the paperwork and extended payment delays due to that state program, they supported me without any extra charges. Post-build, their service remained impeccable. I had a warranty claim months after the project was finished, and they responded swiftly, addressing all concerns. If you're looking for a trustworthy and professional ADU partner, considering the overall value, Pasadena Repair Pro comes highly recommended!

We’re so glad we chose Pasadena Repair Pro for our renovation project. What began as a kitchen remodel quickly expanded into additional work throughout the home, and Alexander and his team handled it all with efficiency, speed, and an impressive attention to detail. Alexander was incredibly patient with our many questions, requests, and concerns—always responsive and helpful throughout the process. He brought in top-quality professionals for each part of the job, from electrical and plumbing to wall work and finishing touches. Though it wasn’t required, the team made sure everything was completed before our move-in date—without ever compromising on quality. The final results exceeded our expectations. Thank you!!

PROFESSIONALS!!!! PERFECTIONISTS!!!!PHANTASTIC! Haha in all seriousness Alex came in swinging when he inspected my house and knew exactly what needed to be done. Talked about how great of service he promised to do and would accommodate in any way needed to make myself and the property management company happy. Then today he and Jay came in and tackled the job like some Super Bowl winners. Not only demolishing the damaged Sheetrock but setting the drying equipment and cleaning up their mess. I gotta say my old school mom would be proud of these boys. Tomorrow there is more to be done but I gotta hand it to this company for using great communication, staying on task and safely making this disaster be partially livable while they make things better. A+ and a definite go to for anyone needing any water damage restoration fixes in the future.

We had a water leak in the crawl space that caused moisture and mold issues, and we hired Pasadena Repair Pro to handle the water damage restoration. Alex responded quickly and came out to assess the situation himself. They repaired the damaged piping in the crawl space, set up drying equipment right away, and made sure everything was properly dried before moving forward. The team also removed the affected mold safely and thoroughly. They explained each step so we understood what was happening and why. What I appreciated most was how seriously they treated the problem. Crawl space work isn’t easy, but Alex and his crew handled it professionally and didn’t cut corners. Very reliable team. I’d definitely recommend them for any water damage or restoration work.
