Alex and Monkey Wrench were so amazing to work with! Made the whole process very easy, and they were super flexible and accommodating to my buildings HOA requirements.

Monkey Wrench plumbing service and Abraham were excellent to work with. This was our first time using their plumbing service. Abraham was thorough, explained everything and prepared three different quotes to reflect the different levels of work we could have done.

Alex arrived early and was extremely informative and helpful from the jump. He explained all of my options, was eager and open to not only performing the maintenance but also teaching me information while he did it! The honesty, helpfulness and efficiency he displayed speaks wonders of the company. I will definitely be returning & requesting Alex next time!

The technician was punctual, polite, experienced, and highly professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it efficiently. He patiently explained the cause of the issue and showed me how to properly maintain it to prevent future problems. I am very impressed with his work and extremely satisfied with the service he provided.

Rick first came to my house to fix an old (17 year old) water heater which he got working. While here I spoke to him about replacement options. He is very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different systems. In the end I had him install 2 tankless water heaters and a water purification system. Great install. Came on time. Stayed late to finish the same day and beautiful, clean installation. Would highly recommend and plan to use him again
