Great service, Luis did not BS me, did exactly what I needed, and did it great. I am very happy with their service, thank you! My HVAC needs have been met!

Max did a great job with our outdoor pipe leak, very quick service and nice to talk to

Do not ask him to install water heater. Other than the price of water heater and installation labor. Superduper pros charges $600 to install an expansion tank. Charging $500 for a city permit Which is $69. Furthermore, Even you’re older water heater gas line already have settlement trap, Super Duper pros still going to charge you $400 to install a new one. It is absolutely rip off. Because of their delay, my family has been without hot water since 2/6/2026! Addition on 3/12/2026. I checked with City of Lake Forest plumbing department. To install a water heater, expansion tank is NOT required. Super Duper Pros is forcing me to add it and charging me $600 for the expansion tank I don’t need and not required. After I pointed out that I already have sediment trap, they agreed to take off $400 from the invoice. Please watch out, they are trying to use safety and code to scare you and trying everything to rip customers off.

I have to say that from the moment I was contacted by Erick, he did everything he could to expedite my problem. Booked an appointment with a plumber for the next day and Alex was prompt and efficient and considerate to not make or leave a mess. I have a new water heater and am beyond thrilled with my experience with Super Duper Pros. I highly recommend them.

Super duper plumbing service was beyond expectation. The technician Alex went above and beyond. Our water heater was super calcified heavily so it wasnt draining right. He tried three alternative ways and made it work, super duper smart. He also replaced the parts and checked to make sure they worked. He also ensured that if anything goes wrong, let them know so they can come back for it. What a trustworthy plumbing company I found! Awesome service, I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues.
