Responsive, informative, consistent updates, questions answered right away 2) Documentation - unlike other contractors, Ark's quote contained all the necessary details such as cost, payment schedule, materials (names and quantities), terms, and all. They also provided license, insurance, and any other supporting documentation. And at the end, they provided a full closing report with pictures of every step. 3) Work - their in-house roofing crew was very hard-working, got through the project quickly, and left the yard/driveway clean.

Noah and the rest of the roofing team did a great job replacing my roof. He had provided samples, explained what needed to be done, how they would proceed, replaced rotted wood, was considerate of my property and did a great job cleaning up.
