10/10. Steve helped me with an electrical outlet issue. He was at my location in under10 minutes after we got off the phone. He was compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and absolutely fantastic. Great service from a great human.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They (Steve, specifically) takes no accountability for their errors & will only rectify the situation at his convenience. We were without power for 1.5 days when we were told that the power would only be shut off for a few hours. It was also communicated that we did not have to be available on property to allow his team access inside to verify if the project had been completed. He claimed his team verified the power seemed to be working on the outside & confirmed that is the only due diligence protocol that his team is required to do. If the project at hand is to ensure the electrical system is upgraded & working as it should, why would your team only check half the system? This, by definition, means that services promised were not rendered under contractual obligations. One of his hard working team members offered to come out the same night to test & fix it, but he instructed that same team member to wait until the morning. I had already communicated my concerns about lost groceries & finances tied to that, and he still refused to send someone out the same night; stood firm that it had to wait until the morning. He did not communicate when in the morning his team would show up & did try to prioritize our unit at 7am, but we were not home. I had said I could be there around 10am, but when I arrived, his team was out at lunch. He refuses to show any empathy or remorse, refuses to acknowledge the losses involved, including but not limited to lost hours I was unable to work at home, the cost of 2+ weeks worth of groceries, and gas spent having to find last minute accommodations for the night + the longer commute my partner had to take to go to work the next morning. When communicating my frustration & trying my best to articulate why his due diligence protocol is not thorough, he states that it was my opinion & proceeded to rudely hang up on me. Yes, I was frustrated on the phone and felt the need to share my feedback. My anger dealing with the inconvenience & not knowing who will compensate for the losses is valid. Extremely poor conduct & unprofessionalism. When I tried calling the main line to speak with one of the owners who was not available, I was met with the same lack of empathy from Eddie when sharing my feedback regarding poor service & client relations.
I would like the record to show that the team of electricians actually doing the work have been very accommodating, kind, & respectful. They understood the severity of the situation and did their best to de-escalate / problem-solve. The same cannot be said for whomever is in upper management & conducts their business in this manner with a huge lack of urgency. We are not well off, this was a HUGE loss & a hit towards our finances. My hands are also unfortunately tied as the contract is between them and our HOA. We will also be connecting with our HOA to discuss compensation for our financial losses.
