Technicians were punctual, thorough, and respectful. They maintained a clean workspace and updated me regularly on their progress. I am very happy with my new HVAC system and appreciate that they accommodated my schedule right when the temperatures started climbing. Price was also very competitive and reasonable. We have had great experience working with David and Pablo from Penguin Air, they’re very friendly and explained issues with our system in simple terms. I was able to make appointments even on Sundays. The pricing is fair. I highly recommend it for anyone who has issues with their HVAC systems, these guys are very professional and honest.

Did you know that even if you have a mini-split, it needs an annual cleaning? Because I didn't! But going to a farmer's market and seeing their booth, I got more info and scheduled a coil cleaning with Penquin Heating and Air. The crew that came to my house to clean and educate me on my mini-split was professional, kind, and so informative. They showed me the process and told me what I needed to know and what they cleaned. Now that the days have been hot, we've been using our mini-split and with this cleaning it's running better and stronger. Definitely making this an annual thing to keep our system running clean and strong. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone who has a mini-split system.

Had a mini split installed at my house on 04/02/2026 and waited to test it out to be able to write this review. 1.) very communicative and worked with my schedule 2.) the people who showed up to install were awesome! I could tell the main guy took pride in his work and was a good teacher to the apprentice he had with him. 3.) the unit installed was an AC Pro (sorry needed a budget friendly option) and I have been enjoying it! 4.) took a while to figure out the heater but it for sure works! Last but not least my parents saw the work they did and how professional they were that we are going to call them again to install one in my parents house.

Penguin Heating and Air took care of our Air conditioning needs. Great customer service with good communication . Very fast and efficient turnaround time. Greatly recommend them . We will definitely be getting more services with them.
