We recently had to have a ceiling and some drywall repaired in our powder room. We called SJZ Construction and Sammy came out to assess the job. He seemed like a great guy, walked us through the process, and provided an estimate. His crew showed up the following Monday. They were punctual, polite, and kept our house clean while they worked. They completed the job in just a couple of days. The work looked great, but Sammy made sure that he came by to inspect the work before payment was made. Overall, we were very impressed with him, his workers, and the repairs. Definitely hire him for your next home improvement project.

Sammy came by my house for a free estimate in Culver’s city. Originally came to look at some mold which I knew would be a bigger problem than what I saw on the serface. It was a leak that we kept pushing off. Sammy and Sean made it easy to take care of and made the process simple. Would definitely recommend and use again. Take advantage of Sammy’s knowledge of houses. Asked him about future projects and he’s always willing to help and explain . Thank you again

Sammy is awesome came out to my house. To help me with electrical problem and my kitchen. Wonderful experience very fast was able to help very clean and professional. Be glad to use them again and highly recommend him.

Was looking to complete the odds/ends of a “honey do” list. Found SJZ and within 2 days Sammy came out, gave me an estimate and off we went. His crew is efficient, neat, Incredibly nice. The estimated time to finish was spot on, communication was great. I highly highly highly recommend!

We called SJZ to ask about some potential (big) projects on a house we're planning to buy. Sammy came out (the next day!) and spent over an hour talking us through various options and then proceeded to help us learn a TON about the house we're considering buying. He was remarkably knowledgeable (about everything!), kind, patient, honest, and direct. He made suggestions that were incredibly helpful to us -- but also wouldn't necessarily benefit his company (which made me trust him even more!). I've worked with a lot of contractors in the past and he was by far the most honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable. We feel very lucky to have found SJZ and are excited to have Sammy help us with our new home!
