The cost of their services are more than HR block without the guarantee. I normally do my own taxes, but they became complicated due to marriage and other issues. Our tax person insisted that we were eligible for the recovery rebate from a previous year. It was her suggestion, so we trusted her judgment. We already owed money to the IRS, and every penny counts with the high cost of living. We were completely honest about our tax situation and provided all the documentation to avoid errors being made. We paid almost 300 dollars already just to file taxes for the current year. She charged us an additional 150 dollars to file for the rebate. The IRS immediately rejected the recovery rebate sighting that we filed the previous years too late. We contacted our tax person about this, and her response was not what we were expected. Instead trying to come up with a resolution, she stated, "I get paid to file tax returns. I don't guarantee what the IRS decisions are". If she was not truly confident that we would receive this rebate, she never should have recommended it. We would have declined the service and saved the 150 dollars. She told us that we need to call the number, and to basically deal with this ourselves. I write this review as a warning. I feel I paid a lot of money, only to be scammed. Avoid this place at all costs.

What a relief! They took the burden off of my shoulders to figure out my Social Security Disability taxes, this was my first year receivibg benefits. Sherrill and Mitchell answered all of my questions with kindness and patience, even during crunch time! I highly recommend this firm for your tax needs, simple or complex.
