My project with Floor Coverings International was different from most. Instead of buying my flooring from FCI, I instead purchased all my flooring and supplies from separate big-box retailers and was simply looking for an installer. I contacted FCI and they immediately sent someone out to look over the project. Upon signing the contract, we were able to start within the promised 10 days. They then sent out a subcontracted team of two which were able to lay the new flooring and complete the project within 3 days. Overall, extremely happy with the final outcome of the project and would contemplate using them again in the future.
