I’m only giving 4 instead of 5 because of price. I only had a very easy to get to mainline clogged but it was Saturday. Frank was awesome and Go Padres! Frank lol very professional and personable. I called them with a mainline clog and it was urgent. They made the appointment for just 2 hrs later that same day which was again, a Saturday of course (for some reason my plumping knows how to kick me when I’m down not only by clogging up but by only doing it on a weekend) anyways, Frank called and asked if I was available now instead of later so I said yes sir!!! They were here and finished within the same hour I called. Excellent service! Again, the pricing was pretty high because not only the drain but an extra $250 for the emergency weekend call was very pricey. If not for that it would have been 5 stars

Great service all around by the team that worked on my small project. Felt like no matter the job size they put solid effort into both identifying root cause and making the repairs which actually did furnish some positive results in the issue I was having. Will return to Bill Howe for sure.

Super professional and kind. I felt good about having Christian in my home to do work. He seems trustworthy and kind. He worked diligently to address the issue and was great about informing me of exactly what was wrong. Second time I have called Bill Howe and both guys were great.
