I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company! I had them come and check a leak and they were prompt, polite, experienced experts. Aby, Robert and Oscar were the gentleman who performed the work. The crew’s work was quick and efficient. They not only repaired the leak I knew about but found and repaired another leak. Furthermore Abby discovered flashing use on my roof was not the correct flashing and he changed it to the correct size. The estimate was right and accurate. It was worth every penny to know that they did it correctly. I trust their work implicitly. As you can see in the photos, I also had tar paper flat roof repair.

Big thanks to Sergio at PROC for really helping us out of a really wet bind. He responded to an emergency call on a Sunday morning. We literally just moved into our home and with some heavy rains our roof decided to show us its age in the form of major leaks in the front and back of house and garage. He said he was down the street and he would swing by to see what’s going on. Not only did he swing by he went to the hardware store bought some rolled plastic tarp and proceeded to drape the roof to stop the water penetration. He said he would give us a quote for the roof replacement once he got home. I asked how much it would be for the emergency visit and plastic cover he said we could pay him what we think was fair or if we accept his quote don’t worry about it. We ended up getting a few quotes from other contractors and ultimately decided to go with Sergio and PROC, his bid was competitive plus the fact that he went out of his way to help us in a roofing crisis. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof. It looks great and most importantly, no more leaks. Update March 2025: The roof still looks great and no leaks. We’ve had some pretty decent rain events for San Diego in the past year+ since the roof replacement and it’s held up very well. If anything after a good rain the roof gets a good washing and looks as good as new.

Premier Roofing of California, owner Sergio Garcia is the epitome of PREMIER. When I realized I had shingles sliding off my roof and the heavy rains were due in 2 days I started looking for roofers. I searched Next Door for recommendations and made a list of 6. Three didn’t answer the phone. One said he couldn’t help until I signed a contact then he would assess my roof, one said he could tarp the area for 500, I was missing about 9 shingles in one area and about 5 in the other and then if I signed the contract for the job before he left he would give me 200 rebate. Sergio answered the phone, was out within 2 hours, checked the roof , laid down felt paper and said if it leaked call him back even in the rain and he would come back. He took pictures, discussed options then said he would go home and work up the quote offering me two options. Received the quote gave him my choice and he then brought samples for me to choose from. The day he started we signed the contract and the work began. His crew was hardworking respectful of my property and cleaned up as they worked. Sergio would stop by a few times during the day to ensure I was pleased with the new roof as it was going on.They made sure any nails were picked up to protect my dog. How would I describe this company; respectful courteous , conscientious , quality of work was excellent and overall exude a sense of caring about their customers and making sure you are pleased with their service. Highly recommend this company. By the way three other three companies returned my call giving me quotes over the phone without seeing the property and 2 were significantly higher and one was less but not by much and that was just for a repair not an entire new roof
