We used this company before and had a great experience, but our second order did not go well. There was a typo in the vinyl they installed, even after it had been pointed out during the mock up process. Then there was poor communication about when it would be fixed. The technicians leave before anyone has a chance to look at the work and then when I reached out with concerns, the management stopped responding to me. Very bummed to have had such a negative experience, especially being a repeat customer.
