I had multiple bids on a gas to heat pump system conversion and tytum came in at a very reasonable price point and they had great reviews so I gave them a shot. They came through and knocked out the whole thing with a team of 3 techs in one day. Very impressed at their speed, efficiency, and know how. I had an issue with a thermostat and they came back the next day and fixed that as well as other nitpicks I had with the system. Excellent service.

Tytum just installed my HVAC system and they were very efficient! Let me tell you I had problem after problem with my previous system. I had another company out to repair the system and after a few different issues and repairs we decided it was time to replace our hvac. I got multiple bids and Dan (the owner of Tytum) was by far the most fair and efficient bid we received. Most other companies take you for a ride and mark up their bids significantly to the point that it’s borderline predatory but not Tytum. They were very fair! Would recommend! We got a carrier system and it was installed in about 4.5 hours.

I initially contacted Tytum HVAC because I was having issues with my heater and chose them based on their positive online reviews. Dan came out to assess the problem and was extremely helpful and professional. After discussing the age of my unit and the fact that I didn’t have AC, he provided several replacement options without any pressure to purchase, which I really appreciated. I ultimately chose the best option for my budget—a 4-ton hybrid unit. Dan repaired my existing 20+ year-old system so I could get through the holidays, and we scheduled the installation for after Christmas. The installation team arrived on time and completed the entire job in two days. They relocated the unit to the attic and even installed a light with a switch, which allowed me to convert the old indoor unit space into a hallway closet. The old system was loud, so this was a huge improvement. My heater now works great, and with all new, insulated ducting and vents installed, I finally feel heat in the bedrooms on the other side of the house. I’m extremely happy with the quality of work, communication, and overall service. I highly recommend Tytum HVAC.

Hands down the best contractor I've ever worked with. They recently upgraded my electrical panel at my home. I'm a pretty picky person and they were on time, easy to communicate with, did the job perfectly, and followed up to make sure I was happy afterwards. I will be using them for anything and everything in the future that they can do at my home.

When we needed HVAC servicing, we were initially attracted to Tytum's "free service call, troubleshooting and repair estimate" business model. That to us showed that Tytum was confident and competitive Additionally they were able to come the next day, as opposed to waiting days for the other 2 companies we contacted. Tytum showed up for free, troubleshot the problem and provided the repair cost. They did the job and were true to their business model. We certainly will use them again if the need arises!
