I've lived in Orange County for more than 5 years and Air Care is the third AC service company I've partnered with. I purchased this system from Air Care a few years ago directly with JP. Everything was 100% positive. I've since signed a yearly maintenance agreement which includes two biannual maintenance and cleaning visits. Best investment ever. But what makes it so much better are the Air Care service Technicians. They are knowledgeable, easy to speak with and very proactive in helping customers. Today I had Matt Schneider visit to address a maintenance issue. He was awesome. I want him back again to do the next service visit. I really appreciated him and I want to continue receiving services with Air Care.

I had a great experience with Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning. I called in the morning and they were able to come out the same day. Jack, the awesome technician, called ahead when he was available early and was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. He quickly got our A/C running again and took the time to explain everything, including a few preventative upgrades to help avoid future issues. Great customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Air Care Heating & Air Conditioning, especially Jack, for any HVAC needs! They’ve earned a customer for life!

I am an Earned FAN for Air scare Heating and Air conditioning. My fan in my system was constantly running after i cleaned the fan blower myself. Online diagnostics indicated the relay was bad & the whole board needed to be replaced (typ $163 for part or $700 for pts & service) . Joey from Air Care came by, checked and found 1 wire was not connected … and problem was FIXED! No up-sale. No replacing the board like I thought I needed. A super Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Honest guy … which just cost me $89 for the quick same day visit. Boy am I happy. And … why did I clean my fan myself??? Well a Different Company offered me a “free inspection” and told me my fan was really dirty and so on and sent me a $2100 upsale quote. From now on, I have taped Joey’s card on my HVAC and will only call Air Care Heating and AC!

Air Care was amazing when they installed our new air conditioning system. They corrected many issues the previous company caused and installed our new system in one day. They were also very courteous, informative and cleaned up after the project was completed. They also stayed a bit to make sure there were no hiccups and that everything was fully functional. I highly recommend them.
