I was having issues with my Daikin mini split making noise, turning on and off intermittently after around 30 minutes of running. Lewis Air was the second HVAC company I called after a very high estimate I got from the first. Reign showed up and was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue correctly, and the issue was not what the first company said it was and quoted for. At the end of the service call, Reign was willing to wait a few minutes in the van while working on paperwork to make sure he could be there in case any issues popped up while I ran the unit some more. That meant a lot. Thank you Reign for the excellent diagnosis and customer service. I will not hesitate to call for future needs.

This was our first time using Lewis Air service, and we were very impressed. We had the AC maintenance first. Joel Vasquez did a great job. He was punctual, paid excellent attention to detail, and was friendly to everyone. Therefore, we had another service for cleaning the blower wheel and a capacitor replacement he recommended. Based on this experience, we will definitely choose Lewis Air Service again in the future.

Reign serviced our HVAC unit this morning He explained the services he was providing, showed me the filters he replaced, and he cleaned attic insulation upon completion. He cleaned the outside unit and made sure to roll up the hose. Reign discussed with me the advantages of adding an air purifying system to my existing unit and was able to complete the installation on the same visit. Reign was friendly and professional. I would recommend Lewis Air not only for installing systems but also for the quality of the service technicians they employee. Reign went beyond what you would expect in an in-home service tech provider.
