Purpose Roofing has been the most professional and thorough team we have worked with when evaluating multiple providers to fix our roof. Arthur is reliable and prompt in communication. His team is similarly very pleasant to work with! I was very impressed by Austin's thoroughness in his assessment and appreciated that he was able to walk me through the issues in a way that helped me understand what was wrong. Highly recommend working with this great, professional team!

I can’t say enough good things about Arthur and his entire team at Purpose Roofing. Once we contacted Arthur, his team got to work right away. From the start, the experience was seamless, I was contacted promptly and kept informed every step of the way. The technician who came to inspect our roof was professional, courteous, and explained exactly what was going to happen. The follow-up report was clear, detailed, and incredibly informative, it really gave me confidence in the work. Arthur clearly takes pride in Purpose Roofing, and it shows in the way his staff operates. Their customer service, communication, and attention to detail are top-notch. If you’re looking for a roofing company that truly cares and goes above and beyond, Arthur and his team at Purpose Roofing are the ones to call.

Neighbor—beware! We hired this company for some roof repair back in 2022. We had some cracked tiles and debris on the roof. They helped us out, we paid them $2100 and we thought that was it. However, In 2023, we started experiencing leaks (never had them before the roof repair), resulting in interior water damage and paid them $7800 to waterproof/repair the leaks. During the course of this work which took two months, they used improper (too long) nails and punched multiple holes in the roof that penetrated into our interior ceiling. Even after all this, the waterproofing didn’t work and we continued to have leaks through June of 2024 when we paid them another $5147 hoping for a final solution. We continue to have leaks in the same spots that had been repaired. Water literally falls on the heads of my children while they are in bed. This company then sent us a quote to redo the entire roof for $24,000. We have offered them multiple compromises to try and get our roof fixed. We simply want them to do quality work that lasts and to stand by the work they have done. It takes weeks to get them to respond to simple emails asking for help. Now, they are basically ignoring us and nothing has been fixed. The field team has been friendly, but the home office is not responsive and their waterproofing is not effective. I have been advised to hire an attorney but would prefer that they step up and get it fixed once and for all. I will report back here on how this finally is resolved.

I received a questionable message from my mortgage insurance company that they detected some damage on the roof and I'd need to have it repaired before they can renew my insurance next year. I had Purpose Roofing come by and check my roof and after doing a thorough inspection they concluded my roof was perfectly fine. They went the extra mile and contacted my insurance to get clarification on their initial message about my roof damage and it turns out that the insurance miscommunicated. They merely wanted me to have my roof inspected to make sure there was no damage. Arthur and team were completely professional and responsive. They took the extra time to understand my needs and also did the extra work to resolve the issue with my insurance. I definitely recommend and personally using them for any of my roofing needs in the future!

We had an unexpected leaky roof after a recent rain storm. Arthur at Purpose Roofing responded very quickly and gave us an initial estimate followed by a detailed quote the next day. Arthur explained our roof issues very clearly and proposed a solution. Even though Purpose roofing was extremely busy with other repairs after the storm they scheduled our job right away. They even offered to perform the repairs on a Sunday. They left our roof and yard very clean!
