Quality and value delivered with professionalism and cheer. This is my experience with Mike's Custom Flooring, Inc. Kudos to Hector - a very knowledgeable and creative pro.

Update: 8/29/2106 I've since gone back to Mike's two more times for flooring in 4 more rooms. They've installed both luxury vinyl plank and carpeting for me. They still have the same great service and workmanship. Highly recommended. Original review The best way I can think of to compliment the people at Mike's Custom Flooring for a job well done is to write a review. When I first walked in to Mike's, I was immediately impressed by the warm and friendly people there. They really took the time with me to show me their product line and explain the differences between them. Initially I was worried about how my small job (replacing the flooring in 2 bedrooms) would fit in with their much larger projects, as they do a lot of commercial work too. I'm happy to say I felt like Mike's treated my project with as much importance as a larger one. Their customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated the calls to inform and remind me of what was going on with my project. I even had to change my install date and it was no problem. When the installation date arrived, the installer was very professional and did a great job. It was obvious to me he had a great work ethic, as he stayed later to finish the job on the same day. If any of my friends were to ask me about a flooring installer, I would have no problem recommending Mike's to them. And their price is definitely competitive (I got a few bids on my job). When I'm ready to do my other rooms I'll be back.

Very professional service. Accomadated me when I had to change the original appointment for installation. I just wish carpet layers would vacuum leftover carpet fuzz after installing but they don't . Love the carpet and padding!

I would like the thank the crew at Mikes for the great job they did. I had a house in Big Bear and a limited budget. They made the trek up the hill, helped me stay on budget and made my place look great. I couldnt be more pleased.

Highly recommended professional service ,easy to work with will use again. A+++++++++
