K&P has always provided outstanding service, professionalism and dedication to their customers. I would recommend them to anyone who is need of a top notch janitorial company. I have personally worked with K&P for several years and I couldn’t be happier with the service and dedication I have received.

K&P Janitorial has been an excellent partner for our HOA in West Hollywood. When our building transitioned to a new Board of Directors, Kelly and the leadership team immediately made time to meet with us, review the full scope of work, and discuss our priorities. They were extremely responsive and quickly adapted to the new direction of the Board. They also offer very competitive pricing for additional services and consistently exceed expectations. Their recent full-building carpet deep cleaning made a dramatic improvement, and residents have noticed the difference. Kelly, Carlos, and Angel make an excellent team—professional, responsive, and great to work with. Highly recommend K&P Janitorial.

I love working with Marisol and the team. Carlos and Angel do a great job taking care of the buildings that I manage. They always give great customer service and helpful in whatever they can assist with.

Kelly and team were very responsive and easy to work with. What I admired most about their team is that they take so much pride in their work. We are currently working on a facility in Playa, and their team did everything perfect and in a timely manner. Thank you Kelly and Jamie

I’ve had the pleasure of working with K&P Janitorial through our HOA management company, and they have consistently proven to be our go-to vendor. From the responsiveness of their office staff to the reliability and quality of their on-site teams, their service has been outstanding across the board. In our line of work, communication is critical—and K&P always delivers. Whether it’s a scheduled job or a last-minute request, they’re quick to respond and handle every task with professionalism and care. Highly recommended.
