Enrique did a great job assessing the issue on my Noritz tankless water water, explained what might be causing the issue and shared info on options to repair or replace the unit, considering the costs of each option and weighing the pros/cons. Enrique was very professional and pleasant and I felt confident in his recommendations.

Stephen of Monkey Wrench was great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable, handled the job with grace and ease. We had a faucet replaced and it works great now. We appreciate all the help from Stephen in doing a quick turn around job request. Would highly recommend working with him again.

Abraham came out and worked with me to give me a thorough and realistic idea and quote for a laundry room project. I've used Monkey Wrench before and appreciate the quality of their work. UPDATE: That same day Luis, a supervisor who had worked on installing my tankless water heater a couple years earlier, came by to finalize my options and to go over the work that was going to be done. He gave me a realistic timeline with solid start and completion dates. While the pricing is pushing my budget higher, I'm confident that you get what you pay for. I've been very satisfied with the last project they did.

Joseph Cervantes and Jovanni Rojas did an excellent job working on my bathtub. Both were very professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. They kept the work area clean and made sure everything was in great shape before leaving. I really appreciate their attention to Detail would gladly recommend them.
