I’ve had multiple vehicles insured with this company for years. When I recently called to set up a new commercial auto policy, my experience with Beth was extremely disappointing. She was rude, dismissive, and at times insulting over the phone, and seemed completely unwilling to help or answer basic questions. As a long-time customer, I expected a much higher level of professionalism. This interaction alone has made me reconsider continuing my business with this company.

Maria Ascencio goes above and beyond and treats her clients like family. I often seek out and trust her recommendations when shopping around for insurance. Wish all agents had her knowledge and integrity!

Absolutely RUDE and totally unhelpful. Avoid this place. I’m a SAFECO policy holder and needed some assistance to change my policy, reached out to them bcuz I’m local here and they just kept interrupting and made no effort to work with me. All I wanted to do was to transfer my insurance to this office, renew my policy with them bcuz they are local. I wish I had my old agent Jozy from Spokane WA, who was so polite and helpful. Gross attitude. Btw, I dealt with Rachel so if you get her, maybe just ask to speak with someone else at this office.

Trish is amazing. She saved me $60/mo when I switched from Geico to Mercury. I am so incredibly pleased with the quality of service and the pricing. Trish is so nice, couldn’t be happier.
